Salesfinity integrates with Pipedrive to automatically import your call tasks and update their status after completion.
Setting Up the Integration
Step 1: Connect Your Pipedrive Account
- Navigate to the "Import Contacts" page in Salesfinity
- Look for the Pipedrive integration option
- Click to authorize connection with your Pipedrive account
- Follow the authentication prompts to complete the connection
Step 2: Import Call Tasks
- Create call tasks in Pipedrive as usual
- In Salesfinity, go to "Import Contacts"
- Select the "Import Due Call Tasks" option
- Only tasks that are due will be imported into Salesfinity
Important Requirements
Task Import Criteria
Call tasks will NOT be imported if:
- The task's due date hasn't arrived yet
- The contact's phone number field is empty in Pipedrive
Make sure to:
- Set appropriate due dates for tasks you want to import
- Fill in phone numbers for all contacts you plan to call
How It Works
Automatic Workflow
- Task Creation: Create call tasks in Pipedrive
- Import: Click import due call tasks button in the "import contacts" section
- Call Completion: When you complete a call in Salesfinity:
- The task is marked as completed in Pipedrive
- Call details are logged automatically
- Everything stays in sync between both systems
Troubleshooting
If tasks aren't importing, check:
- Task due dates (must be current or past due)
- Contact phone numbers (must not be empty)
- Verify your Pipedrive connection is active
- Ensure you have the necessary permissions in both systems
